- Contact us by phone +7 (922) 167-77-70 or by email shop@sofia-enidunaeva.com. We will agree with you on the day when the courier will arrive to pick up the goods.
- Fill in "Product return form" and enclose it together with the returned goods in a tight package.
- The term for processing and approval of the return in the studio is from 1 to 4 business days.
- After the return is approved, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within the period from 1 to 10 banking days, for this you need to fill in the full details for the transfer of funds in the return application. Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the operation by your Bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
- Refunds will be made minus the amount paid for shipping at the time of ordering.

- Goods purchased in the studio are accepted for return only in the studio.
